- New tool for diagnostics. If users have a technical issue, tech support will now be able to enable them to record their screen and all the messages being sent to and from the server, so we can attempt more easily to diagnose the issue.

California
- Hardship deduction. In a few situations, we were not calculating the hardship deduction correctly. We believe it is now working correctly in all cases.
Colorado
- Final limitation worksheet. Per request of the Colorado Judicial Council, we have changed the way we apply the Final Income Limitation Worksheet. When the Final Income Limitation Worksheet applies, we now compare the line 3a or 4a amount to the main worksheet line 13 amount (that is, the net line 12 amount) rather than just the obligor’s line 12 amount. New line 13a appears when the Final Income Limitation Worksheet affects the outcome.
Massachusetts
- Other expense. There were situations where the “other expense” entry could be duplicated elsewhere. That is no longer happening.

- Bulk Actions in File Manager. Now, in File Manager, you can do the following actions with multiple files at one time:
- Delete
- Archive
- Download
- Move
To do any of these actions, click one or more checkboxes in the left column. Then the options above the files list — Delete, Archive, Download, and Move — will appear. Select the option you want.

The “Move” option is available only if you have the Firm Edition. It allows you to bulk move files to another attorney in your firm. This is great if an attorney is leaving, and you want to move their files to another attorney.

Colorado
- We have implemented changes that were requested by the Colorado Judicial Department as they continue to work to understand the legislative intent of the statute.
- Line 5c. Parenting time adjustment. The parenting time adjustment is now calculated by multiplying the parenting time credit percentage by the basic combined support obligation (line 4), not by the party’s share of the obligation (line 5). The impact of this is to dramatically increase the parenting time credit.
- Line 6. Line 6 is now not permitted to go negative. The impact of this is that in most cases, the two parties’ guideline amount, after any expense adjustments, will not be offset against each other. Instead, the obligor’s guideline amount will be the amount paid to the other party.
- Line 7. Line 7 is now calculated for both parties if the obligation has been affected by the minimum order, low-income adjustment, or self-support reserve test, and otherwise line 7 will be blank for both parties.
- Line 5c. Parenting time adjustment. The parenting time adjustment is now calculated by multiplying the parenting time credit percentage by the basic combined support obligation (line 4), not by the party’s share of the obligation (line 5). The impact of this is to dramatically increase the parenting time credit.

- Cap. We have implemented the changes to the income cap for combined incomes for both child support and maintenance. These changes are introduced to reflect inflation biannually. So the caps that are now in effect will be in effect until March of 2028.
